in morrowind, does the spell from ARENA-- SHALIDOR"S MIRROR(sorry if i did not spell it right) still exist? this was my best spell weapon and was wondering if it is still in the game? the spell allowed the user to deflect spells back to the castor if successful. This allowed my to destroy wraiths in ARENA very easily. with the spell running you simply run at the opponent and let them destroy themselves.
man i loved it!

Short Answer: Yes
Long Answer: I didn't play Arena, and only played Daggerfall very briefly (got tired of the cookie cutter towns) so I don't know how the magic worked in those games. In MW you can make any spell (well, actually, have any spell made) that you want. There is a large number of spell effects that you can use alone or together to make a spell. You then determine range, area of effect, duration, magnitude etc. There is a Reflect spell effect, so you will be able to find various reflect spells with various magnitudes. If none of those suit you, once you learn the Reflect effect, you can go to a spell maker and have him or her make the exact version of reflect you want. Basically, the spell has a magnitude (e.g. 30, 50, or a range 10-25), which is the % chance of a spell being reflected, and a duration, which is how long the spell lasts. I haven't tried playing with this spell effect, but I think it would be prohibitavely expensive to get 100% for any significant length of time (talking about a castable spell here). One thing I have thought about is getting a nice suit of armor (it would probably have to be ebony) and enchanting each piece with 5% constant reflect. The cuirass and tower shield could probably hold more, and with a nice pair of pants and a stylish shirt, you may be able to get up to 100%.
