How can you steal from the LAndlord fella in the Copper Coronet. I have 95% p.p. used two potions of thieving and still get caught. Any tips?

it all depends on who you steal from. I've come to the conclusion that certain people cannot be pick pockedted, regaurdless of your percentage.
