I installed TOTSC right before I finish BG1. I then finished BG1 and loaded the Mission Pack (using my final save). Problem is that TOTSC loaded in too the new town with only three of my original charactures and three random, old charactures. I am missing my lead lady and two of her best. All the inventory is the same from the old game just the 3 charactures have changed. Any suggestions?

Have you installed the latest patches?
