Akabar Bel Akash from Curse of the Azure Bonds is one who stays in my memory as being so annoyingly useless that often I'd end up killing him and dumping him in a ditch.

You meet him in Hap where the Drow and Dracandros are. He'd waste all of his spells in one minor encounter often against Drow who resisted them. He'd cast fireball only to abort it all too often.

He'd also step forward with his own agenda and words for the Drow, so you'd often end up fighting even though there was a small oppurtunity to parlay.

Harry from the original LPMud code. The predecesor of Neeber and Noober in BG (maybe I'm weird, but I can definitely see where Harry inspired them). He said the same stupid stuff that those two do. So what made him worse? You only have to deal with Neeber and Noober once each; either listen through their dialog or kill them, and they are gone. Harry would follow you around the mud (you had to run into a room with another player, just to get him off your butt and following the other guy). And, if you killed him, he was usually coded to be a good guy, so your alignment would always suffer. And, to top it off, even when you killed him he would come back after every reset. That's why a lot of muds either changed or deleted him from the game. Complete waste of code that was there just to piss you off.

Lord Logan (Trademeet) from Baldurs Gate 2. He has the most irrating voice in the game.
