Items that hold the most enchantment

maybe it has something to do with your luck? just now I went on golden saint hunting. I found 1 daedric tower shield and 3 daedric shield.

golden saint don't drop any cuirass, they only drop weapon or shield and daedric hearts.

i find that exquisite rings have very high enchantment rates, but you can only have 2 on at a time

You can find daedric tower shields on Golden Saints. Whether you believe this is cheating or not(please don't flame me) but if you pump up your luck and int, using home made potions, to say 1000 you will have enough points and spell chance to be able to cast the summon golden saint spell. The only problem is you have to be able to click on the corpse before it disappears which is really hard to do sometimes. I've done this about 12 times now and I've gotten 1 tower and 1 reguler daedric shield. This is an excellent source or equipement (both glass and daedric shields) and golden saint souls(assuming you have the soul gems for them).
Does anyone know what interesting items other summoned creatures drop?

I don't think that's cheating: summoned daedra return to their plane fo existence after their untimely end on the reality plane. You are simply grabbing them before they escape. That's being clever and fast, not cheating.
