You can sell the autograph from Larry, Larry and Darryl. Do so. I have not seen any quests where this very special item is needed.

All above mentioned items are worthless. Sell them. The girdle was put in as an early warning about cursed items and the autograph is a little joke from programmers that must have been fans of the Newhart Show.
