Probably the Daedric dai katana, but i'm not sure about that.

i hope its a sword, but most of the exquisite rings have 250 enchantment rating so,

Actually the equisite rings and amulets only have 120 enchantment, but the item with the most enchantment is the daedric tower shield it has 225, which is really nice.
Maybe that's why I'm trying to find one so badly

1) Daedric Spear (150)
2) Daedric Wakizashi (135)
3) Daedric Shortsword (120)
4) Daedric Longbow (105)
5) Ebony Staff (90)

And in shields it's

1) Daedric Tower Shield (225)
2) Daedric Shield, Ebony Tower Shield (150)
4) Ebony Shield (100)
5) Orcish Tower Shield (90)

And in a full suit of armor it's

Gauntlets - Daedric (60)
Bracers - Ebony (40)
Helm - Ebony (50)
Pauldrons - Imperial Chain (7)
Greaves - Glass (10)
Cuirass - Daedric (60)
Boots - Daedric (26)

Note: That's not counting adamantium or some things (like daedric masks)
