Most ApR would be any fighter (no rangers or paladins or multiclasses) with grand mastery in any weapon and Belm, Kundane or the Scarlet Ninja-To in the off-hand. Beware, these guys are SLAUGHTERING machines when Imp. Hasted, so that might ruin your fun, or heighten it [img]tongue.gif[/img]
