OOC: well that's the point of the trap, you're not supposed to see it. Also when i stated that whether you believed in magic or not was irrelivant, I meant that because the barrier is made from natural materials as well. If you're gonna shoot down everything that I try to do even though I've given ample warning then I'll just die right now and you can go on with your truce and end the game with a completely pointless ending.

IC: Talthus grabs the axe and pulls it out of his chest, falls to one knee and throws it back at the dwarf in the hole, slicing through the dwarf's leg and chopping off the lower part of it as the dwarf jumps back. Just then an elf runs up to Talthus and pulls him back. Placing both hands over the gaping wound, the elf heals the wound and helps talthus back to his tent.

An arrow saws swiftly through the air, straight to one of the Battleragers. As it hits it's target full on, a barage more come sailing toward the pit, gradually picking off the Dwarfs in it.
The archer then notices one of the enemy left in the pit, and several who apparantly weren`t in the tent. And that was his last arrow.
He puts his long bow back on it`s holster, and draws twin blades from his back-mounted scabbords. As he approaches the battlefield rapidly, his long, scarlet hair blows violently in the breeze.
He approaches the Elven Leader, and introduces himself in a strangely demonic voice.
"I see you need an amount of help? I will lend you my services, but what you have just seen me do will be quite difficult, if not impossible, to repeat"

OOC: Meet Eregop; a Tiefling Fighter/Mage. If you think what he`s a bit powerful, consider the following:
He wears no armour, his weapons are all unenchanted, he trains more as a Fighter than as a mage, and so his spells suffer a bit; his Demonic background gives him no special abilities.

"aye, well met friend. You are a welcome addition to our ranks. At the moment there is little we can do. We must wait until dawn before we strike."

OOC: no worries, my character is way too overpowered for such a battle as this normally, but since Dagorian and the rest of the people (or so it seems) play where if you throw something at an enemy, you get to say whether it hits or not, I have decided to let this game run it's course without me using my full abilities and such. Welcome to the game that will end in a fit of rage between the two sides at some point.

Alasdair glares coldly at Dagorian with a piercing gaze, staring straight through him coldly as his sword begins humming faintly. A shadowy aura emanates the elf, yet he turns away as the blades hum fades away... He looks down, and runs to assist Talthus. He sighs, looking over the gaping wound. "Milord, I was never trained to heal... But this shall not end without a glorious fight. My blade shall sing for you, and for all of Dral'Zir!" He kneels beside Talthus, tearing a piece from his cloak and attempting to patch his wound, although rather poorly. "Don't move too much, have some of your guards watch this tent and the captive dwarves... I'm going in search for the others. This wait is... It is uncalled for. They were taught better, I can assure you." Alasdair turns away from Talthus, standing and looking out the door. "I shall return, have faith in me Milord."

He covers Talthus with his cloak, and begins walking out the door as seven of the twenty Elves enter the tent. Alasdair stood shocked, looking to them with a concerned look, as they've the grim look of sorrow covering them. All was silent for a moment, as one of the Elves began to silently and regretfully explain the situation.

"Sir Shadowheart," He salutes, and bows. "... I am afraid we are the only survivers of the journey... from Dral'Zir. We were..." Alasdair lowers his head, and rises gloomfully, looking over the seven Dral'Zirian Elves with a saddened look. He kneels and looks to the ground, silently shunning the Dwarves. "... Ambushed? 'Twas Much expected, though... thirteen of you falling to it?" He turns his head away, and quickly stabs his blade deep into the Earth. "You... You were trained better than this! What is the problem here?!" The Elves lower their heads, and Alasdair looks back to Talthus with a concerned look. "I am sure... I'm sure that it could not have been helped. Forgive me my brothers... Grief has taken its part on me. Assist Talthus whilst I rally his Elves... And prepare for the fight." He nods to them all, and then to Talthus, leaving him with a salute and bow. "I trust you shall prove as a grand addition to our cause, Eregop. I welcome you, though, there are things to be done and time is against us. Well met, and well fighting." Alasdair rushes out to the other Elves, explaining the situation.

Talthus nods to Alasdair and slowly closes his eyes. He kneels and slowly starts reciting a few verses from an ancient text which he has on a small scroll in one of his pouches. He stands and holds alasdair's cloak on his arm as he strides out of the room with renewed strength. He strides to the top of the hill and stands tall looking at the dwarven army below. He removes his black tunic and chest armor, revealing a scarred body, as well as the gaping wound in his chest. He stands staring. . .suddenly he closes his eyes and a slow red aura starts to flow around him. The stones on his gauntlets begin to glow as well as his family crest on his shoulder. He continues to stare down at the 300 or so dwarves as they eat, drink, and entertain each other with stories and jokes. He has a calm but stern look on his face, but he does not move.

As he stands there, in his grey eyes there is a slight flicker of red every now and then. He looks back at alasdair and motions for him to rally the men and meet him on the hilltop

Thinking of a silent way to rally them, he runs to Talthus and nods. Extending his blade and closing his eyes, concentrating on full emotion -- the blade begins to glow. Its glow slowly reaching, pushing further until finally, the Elves were well aware of Alasdair's blade... The elves made their way quickly to the point with Alasdair and Talthus. He nods, lowering his blade he silently focused on Talthus' wound... How could anyone have mustered the energy to walk from the ridiculous wound that was inflicted only minutes ago? Silently, Alasdair notioned the men to kneel out of sight -- He then turns, staring coldly over the Dwarves with a non-changing expression. Again, his blade began to glow... Emotion was stirring inside of Alasdair. Anger? Excitement? It would be told in the near battle... He nods to Talthus and awaits his next move.

Talthus's eyes start to flicker red more rapidly as he stares.

"This is the end for them. Tonight we end this pathetic battle. I have had enough of these dwarves. Prepare yourself Alasdair, for this time, neither of us must hold back more than half of our power. Our losses have grown too much, they will pay for every elven life which we have lost with ten of their own."

Talthus's red aura seems to go and absorb into the red stones on his gauntlets as he walks down towards the unsuspecting group of dwarves.

OOC: The Dwarf supporters are outnumberd 2to7 so I think we have the right to uber

Dagorion looks at his fallen battleragers with sorrow, climbing out of the hole by piling the bodies on top of each other Dagorion looks down on the rest of his waiting army and lets out a great shout "FOR THE DWARVES!!!" And at that the great dwarven army charges at the arrogant elves. Joining up with the Dwarves Dagorion orders a portion of the army to remain behind as reinforcements and leads the remainder of the army hammering onto the elven archers and spellcasters that should have been dead a long time ago but *somehow* came back to life.

*Mysterious Violent Death Metal plays in the background signifying that this is an important part of the battle for Dagorion(because those damn panzys killed his good battle ragers!)*

Alasdair says nothing, merely nods to the expressionless Talthus A bit frightened, never seeing Talthus in this state of mind. Unforgiving... Yet calm, was the expression shown by him. Alasdair turns to the Elves, and brings to their attention with a whisper "Brothers... This night Talthus and I go alone. You shall be summoned, and stand ready, for the night is unpredictable... I can feel it. You Elves are my family, and... as a brother I ask you to wait. As a commander I will it. Be ready and aware, for this is just beginning."

Alasdair slips into the shadows, trailing behind Talthus with his blade anxiously glowing and humming. He walked by Talthus with anticipation... And though a legion of Elves stand behind him, and Talthus and he had fought many a battle together... He feared. Shrugging it off and holding his head high, he begins humming the battle theme of Dral'Zir -- His blade glowing brighter... Brighter...
