Fighting Dwarves is not easy at the best of times.
Getting kneecapped by a double headed axe is not an experience to be recommended. Those Undead Dwarven Guardians in the Dwarven Hall on level 13 are even worse. They can only be hit on a 20 roll (perhaps my AB wasn't high enough) and being out of spells and surrounded by five of them is not good. I'ld like to suggest that, whatever is in the new hakpak, anyone who gets through that Hall gets one big item as a reward. |

P O I L E R S : D O N O T R E A D T H I S ! what class were you playing? I found an easy way to defeat them if you are playing a rogue, a wizard, or a cleric-based character. fighters, however, don't get the easy way out. what is truly sad (at least for me) was that there was nothing in there for me to believe it was worth dying at least 100 times over for. (and trust me, I stopped counting after 25, so I may be overexaggerating by a bit.) I found that Healing Scrolls laid some serious damage to those kneecapping bastards. Seriously, stock up on around 100 of those before going into that place, and you should emerge victorious. Maybe I was completely unsuccessful in finding a magical item in there worth my personal while, but there may be something hidden that neither of us discovered. To compare, though, the Void Plane had at least two treasure chests in there which contained a few good things. Nothing worth the horrific beating I took from something COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED though. (If you go there, you'll find it - trust me.)
