I saw someone post something about a halberd called the ravager which had some amazing stats, can someone tell me where it is and what the exact stats are??

I dont know its exact stats but you can find the shaft as loot from the warden in the planer prison quest and the blade can be found with the Sahuagin prince in the underwater city. Some one around ehre should know the stats, jeesh everyone here knows everything.

The ravager +4 is in Yaga Shura's lair. It is combined with the serpent shaft found in Watcher's keep (I think on the dragon on level 4) to make the ravager +6.
Stats are: Cast Cloak of Fear three times/day Combat Abilities: 3-18 bonus damage each hit unless target saves vs. poison 10% chance each hit of decapitating opponent (no save) THAC0: +6 bonus Damage: 1D10+6 Damage type: piercing Weight: 10 Speed Factor: 3 Proficiency Type: Halberd Type: 2-handed Requires: 13 Strength Not Usable By: Monk Druid Cleric Mage Thief
