Its in Yaga Shura's cave, in the Marching Mountains. I believe a Fire Elemental named Imix drops it.

The +6 is an upgrade option. IIRC the original Ravager was a +4 halberd.
Can't remember what item is needed so that Cespnar can upgrade it, tho'. Anyway Cespenar will tell you what he (it?) needs if you have it in your inventor when you speak to him/her/it. It is a pretty cool weapon, and the vorpal hit is a great life-saver. |

the serpent shaft is found after a battle after opening one of the final three seals to get to the imprisoned one.

It's right up the top of the level, near where his bed is. Keep walking over it and there's several fire elementals. One is a prince who drops the halberd.
