They ran out of money making Lionheart. The guy that made it says they needed another million dollars to finish it properly. I think the money problem was something to do with the demise of Interplay.

Sadly Fallout 2 isn't as good as Fallout 1. For me there was something missing from it. It wasn't made by the same guys as they all left Interplay to form Troika.
