Go to the government district and wander around. This quest is slightly difficult, if youve just started you may want to wait a couple of levels.

Thanx for putting up with me, but do i kill Valygar or not? I killed him and brought his body to the CW's but i have a saved game from before. Also, im a level 11 solo mage, AC 5, Quarterstaff +1.

Such is the quandry of the solo mage who wants his stronghold. The good path is to take Valygar within your party and do the quest with him. however, this would defeat the purpose of soloing. If you do not want to do this however, there is no way to get your stronghold unless you kill him. If you are evil, or a powergamer, then this isnt really a problem.

It can be done properly for Good-Aligned soloists.
You may take Valgar into your party, but you may not engage in EXP earning situations with him. In short, get him in Umar Hills and go straight to the Planar Sphere. Once he opens the door, kick him out of the party. If you encounter any random encounters, reload. |
