what i mean a download tool, is a tool that enables u to continue your download even if your connection was disconnected from the internet.can some one give me some information about cool download tools and where can i download it?thx all the way.

Download Accelerator is what I would recommend. It is pretty good.

Be aware that download managers often come with spybots and whatnot. If what you're downloading is available from an FTP site, you might like Bulletproof FTP, website is bpftp.com

I've enjoyed the use of GetRight, though I only needed a few basic features, and I am not too concerned with download speed, so it may or may not be the best one.

I use Flashget. It is quite powerful and user friendly. Beware that the freeware version comes with some sort of spyware inside. I think Ad-aware should be able to disable it without harming the program.
