I think GoZilla and Getright are able to do that.

Do a search for Download Accelarator - that's not bad.

Download Accelerator is what I would recommend. It is pretty good.

Be aware that download managers often come with spybots and whatnot. If what you're downloading is available from an FTP site, you might like Bulletproof FTP, website is bpftp.com

I've enjoyed the use of GetRight, though I only needed a few basic features, and I am not too concerned with download speed, so it may or may not be the best one.

I use Flashget. It is quite powerful and user friendly. Beware that the freeware version comes with some sort of spyware inside. I think Ad-aware should be able to disable it without harming the program.

Download Accelarator is good, it can bypass Fileplanet long queue.
