Why is this thread titled "Bolton's appointment blocked"? What happened is bascially the exact opposite of his appointment being blocked. All that happened is that instead of being sent to the full Senate with a postive recomendation, he was sent to the Senate with no recomendation.

Fixed [img]smile.gif[/img] I read it to mean that it only needed to go to the Senate because he didn't get approval - that's what I get for early morning postings
