A) I definitely don't buy any correlation between IQ and SAT/ACT scores -- the former may or may not be genetic, but the latter is definitely an aquired skill, and has nothing to do with intelligence.

B) Funny nonetheless

C) Check out the graphic he links to on his site, correlating states by percentage of population with bachelors degrees:

As long as IQ tests are multible choice, that is also an aquired skill.
I can take a multible choice test on any subject and score in the top 25% without knowing a damn thing about the subject. I took tests in my youth "stoned out of my mind", and had offers from the great brain trusts in this nation for scholarships, "Hale" the US Navy wanted me to be a Nuclear Physistststst. Amagine that me building Nukes!! You gots to know how to play the game.
