Many registered Americans are going to vote for the president of the US, but here we'll have Registered Ironworks Members vote. My vote's on Bush. He carried this country through 911, he is trying to pass many laws to help the USA, laws that are going to fix the country Clinton left us with. Clinton passed many laws that caused our army to decrease in power, schools to be worse, and was and is still trying to straighten out his own life let alone lead a country. Most of Bush's laws that get passed won't actually go into effect til' he's at the end of his term(s). I might have been born in only '92, but when something like this comes up I do my research (if asking your parents while watching political speeches and the news counts) because the kids I know really like to fight about these things, and I shut them up. Kerry fought in Vietnam, but he also voted against more armor, weapons, and man power to assitst our soldiers, voted for 3 month abortion, gay marriages, and during the conventional speech he said he'd make this country safer, better protected, he said he'd change all of Clinton's laws (wich Bush has been trying to do), when he voted for the stuff that caused the economy to begin to fall, Military Equipment, and Soldiers to Decline. So if that's not enough backup for you guy's I have at least 5 pages full.

Unfortunately it is just as easy for Democrats to point out the faults Bush has made in his term as it is for Republicans to point out Kerry's.

And of course, while your opinion helps, you can't vote.

Myself, I'm voting for Bush. Kerry can shove his coal where the sun don't shine

If I could vote, would I have made this topic? Everyone makes faults, but everyone in my family that understood this stuff couldn't believe all of the crap he said, so I agree with you.

My vote is for Bush(I apologize to those who are shocked), but this *Ironworks' Election* would have worked much better as a poll.

You might want to try it that way, but I'll save you the time and effort; Kerry wins by a landslide at IW!

Says who? To me there seems to be about an equal spread of vocal Bush and Kerry backers at IW.

I back neither, I'm moving to China

I'd vote Kerry if I lived in a battleground state or even a Repub state for that matter. Given where I live now I have the liberty to vote for the party platform (Libertarian) that generally appeals the most to me as the Mass. electoral votes are almost assuredly going to Kerry. I am also a bit tempted to vote for Nader for the same reasons.

A vote for Kerry from me would simply be a vote against the religious fundamentalist idealouge who is in the deep pockets of big energy and defense corporations that Bush is.

So to sum up an answer to the OP- possibly neither, but if I were definitely voting for one of the two then my vote would be for Kerry for sure.

Of course if I don't vote for Kerry, then my vote in the popular tally will be a 'throw away' to a third party. It's a shame how insignifcant and overlooked other parties generally are here.
