If I was Ottawa I would not bank on diamond profits. Manmade diamonds of exceptional quality are a year or so from market. Costing as little as $5/carat to produce [img]smile.gif[/img]

In 10 years they may be cheap enough to have a diamond topped table [img]graemlins/laugh2.gif[/img]

Thats great! This may qualify as the largest act of native reparations in the history of the America's!!! Amazing that this deal was 80 years in the making! I do hope it works out. What a great example of consideration and respect for Native autonomy and self-governence.
