Dunno if this has been already commented in one of the many threads about the incident, but ive just read that Ian Thorpe was gonna visit the towers, and he was about to enter one of the buildings 15 minutes before the terrorist acts happened, but he remembered that he had forgot the camera and went back to the hotel. Thats luck.

Yeah, hes probably the best swimmer right now, and hes only 18...
