I have Kesai's blood on the hanky,,, but I have NO idea where the portal to Ravel is, need a hint. Also, the larval worms in UnderSigil are TOOO tough, need tactics tips, please. PC is L9, and I have Dak'kon, Morte, Annah and Falls-from-Grace in the party. TIA.

As for the worms, just come back later. If you don't want to come back later, you could try taking a sixth party member. And maybe ditching Grace, she's not too great at combat. If you have reached Clerk's Ward, you should have access to Ignus and Nordom.
And for the portal... Just how informative a hint do you want? The Society of Sensation is a fine place to start.

Hm.. you can just leave the worms be. There is hardly anything of interest in Undersigil.

getting access to ravel's maze takes a bit of work. you have the bloody hanky, but there's still quite a bit more you have to do in the area of the foundry.

I'd suggest keeping Grace, by the way, she's the only cleric you'll get, plus, Dak'kon is as much mage as you'll ever need, Ignus isn't a requirement.
But, yeah, you need to get some more interesting things out of that part of Sigil. Keep in mind that the following may not be entirely accurate as it's at least a year since I last played Planescape. SPOILERS AHOY If I remember right, you need a "folding portal." MORE SPOILERS If you go to Clerk's Ward and talk to the advocate(His home should be marked on the map, I believe.), with the right items and knowledge, you should be able to gain access to the Folding Portal at the Great Foundry. SPOILER The item you need to gain access to the Folding Portal is a slip of paper that marks you as having requested it's creation and paid for it, there's a guy within the portal that accepts such things. |

I find Purple's instructions a bit lacking, and will post my own version below.
. . . Spoiler: . . . Join the Senesates. Experience the sensation called "Longing" or something like that, in the private sensorium. You find out that Deionarra left a legacy for you. Go talk to the Advocate. Ask him for the legacy, and he will give it to you. Within you find the receipt for the folding portal. Go show it to a guy in the Foundry, I think he's standing behind the counter somewhere in the room with the forge. Shazam! Kablooie! You have the Folding Portal.

I didn't want to explain everything in explicit detail, had to leave SOMETHING interesting for him to do. And as I said, it's been a while.

Make sure to stock up on supplies and finish any loose quest before you visit Ravel. You wont come back to Sigil for a while.

under sigi is optional area; it seems it's for xp-leveling up purpose more than anything. You can always come back later when you're stronger; it makes more sense that way as well, since the gap between levels widens a lot, and you get 8000 xp by "simply" killing one worm...which normally would demand you do quite a bit run-around and wise diaoluge picking.
