Just Started Chapter 7, back from C.K., and need to know what to do next. Went to Iron Throne and no ones there except the merchants.

The Merchants League building
- - - - - - - - - - - I believe this building is only open to you if you rescue a guy near a hunters cabin from some fanatic druids (cloakwood forest). If you let them kill him he is no longer alive to give you the quest to enter the building when you reach the city. I believe your next step is to go to the flaming fist compound, and go upstairs to talk to the duke. Talk to him and Bring his body to the Harbour Master. |

The Duke is not there and I can't find Scar, Although he said he would be outside F.F. Compound. I've been th the undercellar and all that happened was an ogre mage attacked me and this Dillar guy gets annoyed at me. I found some dead bodies too.
