Kotor 2 bug :(

Hey all, I know it's been awhile! But... (possible spoilers fyi)

I am replaying Kotor (Knights of the Old Republic) 2 on my Xbox. When I first played, Korriban was my second planet (I think) and I wasn't able to enter the secret tomb. Being me, I moved on and forgot about it.

This time though, I was able to enter. I completed all the encounters (Malak-Mandalorians-Kreia-Revan), searched and looted every room (including the sith lord's corpse)....but, the door from the burial chamber to the caves is locked...and so is the one at the start..am I stuck in here permanently, or did I miss something?

If you know anything (besides reloading a save game...I saved after I killed Revan ><) It would be greatly appreciated!

I would also like to know if I am missing any patches for the PC? I did the standard upgrade from the game, and downloaded the patch from Lucas Arts. Am I missing anything as I hope it fixes the Telos Pole situation of not being able to get my friends to go to the Ebon Hawk with me.

Lots of patches not covered in official patchs. Telos Academy Imprisonment Cutscene Fix should fix my problem.
