Ive been wondering about this for some time... After my Stealth has reached 100, creatures seem to be alot longer detecting me than before... even when I dont sneak... so... does Sneak give a passive bonus as well?

i have only gotten my sneak up to like 50 so i wouldn't know, but i think it might do that........

No Chameleon, no Invisibility.
I heavily suspect it to be passive as well so if no one can tell me for sure that it isnt... well, then I guess it is passive as well. Nice, actually.

I noticed too that later in the game it would take awhile for NPCs and monsters to notice me. My character had no stealth but did have very high speed (so maybe I was upon them before they realized?). I wonder what causes this..?
