Everyone either wants me in the Graveyard, Gov. District or whatever. Im on chapter 3 and i didnt do the D' Arnise quest yet. Should i do that above all or go to the Gov. I am a Ranger also is there a keep for me? if so, where?

there isn't really someting that you "should" do first. i personally like doing an out-of-city quest before i start doing a lot of the in-city stuff, just so my guys can pack a bit more of a punch. doubly so for the evil party i'm playing now, because i plan to take on (and take down) the Cowled Wizard order....something i am sure is up there in difficulty with the Kangaxx and Twisted Rune quests...
