What does it mean when you become a Fallen Paladin? Do your stats/skills change any?

You loose your special powers. You become a plain fighter of the same level I believe.

You lose your paladin special abilities, like lay one hands and detect/protection from E-ville, spell abilities, and anything granted by a paladin kit.
