Anyone know how to fix this problem with having a fallen paladin? Any editors out there that can restore the paladin?

Unless you use an editor (which is beyond me) than to my knowledge there is no way to restore a fallen paladin, much like a fallen ranger. -Strider

For fallen rangers, I've heard if you finish all stronghold quest you will be restored (but this is out of my scope since I never have a ranger protagonist).

It's true. A certain quest within the ranger stronghold will redeem a fallen ranger, and one of the paladin stronghold quests will do the same for a fallen paladin. Unless you've already done the paladin stronghold quests, there's no need to use an editor.
