Can't find Wand of Frost key

I can't seem to find the Wand of Frost Key. Its one of 6 keys you need in the 2nd level of the game. I found one walkthrough that said it should be in the room with Otyough, but its not there. Is this a bug or something?

when u kill the otyugh, check his body. it should be there, if not, there might be a bug. if not, take the trap! and welcome to Ironworks, can i take ur coat?

It is on the floor where you killed the Oytough. It drops it after you kill it. It's real hard to see though. Try going around the room real slow with your mouse. The only other thing I can think of is that you picked it up and accidentally dropped it somewhere.

Thank you for your help. I would have sworn that I checked it, but I went back and looked and low and behold there it was.
