There are six wands in I's dungeon. One of them is W of lightning. If you took them to sell, they are still in the store.
Nonetheless, always try Adv's Mart, Bernard in CC, Trademeet merchants.

I hate Item Upgrade - I've been searching for fourth pearl and Scroll of Prot from Acid(mage) for ages, literally. Pearl I found, scroll is nowhere around .

I have been playing too much, but here goes, locations for these obscure items.

Wand of Lightning:
----

Off the top of my head, if you used the WoL from Jon Irenicus' dungeon already, you may find another one at the Crooked Crane in the Gate District. Its' guardian will not be willing to surrender it peacefully though.

Protection from Acid:
----

The scroll for this spell is darn rare. You may find one during the course of the Cult of the Unseeing Eye Quest. Beholder Cavern, towards the north in one of the rooms if you want to be more specific.

I think you can buy a protection from acid scroll from that scroll selling woman in the adventurers mart or the scroll selling merchant above the Mithrest inn and the den of seven vales(anyone have any idea to why they have put two inns right by each other?). They both sell some green scrolls. Also, as Dundee said, i got one from the Unseeing eye quests. Temples also sell plenty of green scrolls. try out those places, there might be one in one of them. Damn, i was just about to say that the lich has one under the crooked crane, but NOOOO, Dundee has to remember that one too. BTW, how do you remember that? i just killed the lich ten minutes ago, so thats pretty much why i remembered it.

Edit: heh heh, almost forgot that spoiler tag .

Sorcerous Amon (Den of the Seven Vales) also carries a Wand of Lightning.

Always cheack out all possible locations for buying scrolls, as some out-of-the-way stores have some really nice spells.
Ribald Barterman
Lady Yuth
Galoomp the Bookkeeper
Hes don't got it
neither do Arnolinius & his partner
ditto for Maheer
ditto for Mira
Enge doesn't have a damn thing worth buying
Bernard (Copper Coronet)
I know Arledrian doesn't have it
Neither does Gorch
the Black Market Thief might
so might the other Black Market Thief
Fovem might, but I doubt it
Ikert doesn't sell spells
neither does Jahaboam
Reedle only sells fish
Bel Dalemark has potential
so does the Storekeep right next to him
you're VERY likely to get it from the Cutpurse
Missus Cragmoon only sells Potions
ditto for Roger the Fence
I think the Merchant in the Gates District shares the same Inventory as the Smith in Brynnlaw

I have forgotten the name/title of the the Dwarven Thief on the roof of the Copper Coronet at nigh. I guess I just don't pay that much attention.....

Raistlin Majere... he does not want the green variety... The location I mentioned has the 'blue' scroll. Silver if you want to be more precise. It is a very shiny scroll.

right, how silly of me. green scrolls can be found nearly in any spell store. though i still think that you can get one from the unseeing eye quest, since Jan has the spell in his spell book. i doubt that he has it when you first get him, though its always a possibility.

Edit: Damn, i see youve posted that in youre previous post. i thought that was a signature, so i didnt pay attention to it. bummer.
