Hey, when I am playing Baldurs Gate II it will all of a sudden freeze. I dont know when its going to but like if i set a point to walk My main character will start walking and then the game completley freezes. Please help!

OK. Exit the game and reboot. As far as I know, there is nothing else that you can do, but anything should be fine.
I am a software computer engineer, so my educated guess is that, much like a hell of a lot of other softwares, BG II 'eats' memory : it allocates bits of memory and 'forgets' to release them. So, after a while (one to several hours), the available memory in the system gets drastically low - and the only way to get it back is to reboot. ------------------

Yes, but this happens like 5 minutes into gameplay. I have 256MB of ram so it shouldnt be eating it up that much, should it?

If it happens after 5 mns of gameplay, then it is probably a problem with your video card (video drivers with your system). What is your configuration (hardware and drivers) ?

I have a Geforce 2 pro gts 64MB video card with the 10.80 drivers.

And what is your Windows system ? (W95, W98, WME, other ?)
Have you read the BG II "Readme.txt" file ? Some issues about video cards are listed there. I will try to get some insight on your problem when I am off work. ------------------
