Cromwell's at about the middle-right of the docks district, there's a staircase leading to a single door on the right hand side of a building. And yes, he makes all sorts of kick-ass weapons and armour from different scales, shells, and parts found all over the place....for a price

. . . . . He'll charge you 5000 gold to make the red dragon scale armor, but it's worth it! You'll also have to stay with him for a "day" to assist him at the forge. |
