Help in Trynton Upper Branches

Hi everyone. I hope this isn't a completely stupid question, but I'm trying to figure something out in Trynton:

If you're facing Trynton Sanctuary (with Fuzzfas' on your right) then go left and through the tree, the next intersection is with a ramp going up and to the left. At the top of the ramp there's a house, and outside the north-western wall of the house there's a chest or some other item. You can see it from walkways in other areas, and even from the bottom of the ramp leading to the house. There's a blue blip on the map indicating that there's something there but I can't find a way to get to it.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and how to get at it? At this point I don't care if it's sneeze powder I MUST have it.

I miss Bane of the COsmic Forge secret walls where the mechanism stood out like a sore thumb.
I've run my mouse cursor all over the western wall here and looked around the whole room (I think) but I am apparently too daft to see how to open this stupid panel. As a matter of fact, I've only found and opened ONE secret door in the whole game. I think I may not have any idea what I'm even looking for. Can you help a little more?

Detect Secrets may get it for you almost immediately or you can just put your party on "Search" - that's how I found it, and purely by accident too!
