What's the ship for in the Arnika starport? All it does is tell me it's in security mode and threaten me...

You can talk to it and get a bit more information on some things. The ship may be an abandoned thread in the game (...or not). Anyhow, it's mostly just something you have to walk around

Heh... And I was looking for some clever, inventive use for it like a transport to a moon of Dominus where you'd have to do some interesting quests or something...

The Mook ship is one of several unfinished quests in the game. So all you can do is talk to it.
