Accidently sold it to Antone and at the time didn't need it so I didn't buy it back but now I want it but its not there. Am I s*** outa luck or can I still get it back?

Have yet to figure out how the game decides: have sold and reclaimed the giant silver nugget several times, but if Antone doesn't have your sword, he doesn't have it. Pity: one of my favorite early weapons.

Something you may want to try, if you sold it to him...
But a MESS of stuff from him, camp three times, and recheck his inventory. (Save before buying obviously, in case this doesn't work)
