I am at the ascension peak gate in the rapax castle zone and whenever I zone in to ascension peak I crash. Is this an established bug that has a patch out or is it a fluke on my end? I bought my wizardry 8 2-3 months ago and have not loaded any patches.
Ideas?

Definitely a known bug, apply the latest patch and it should fix it.

of course, the downside to the latest patch is that it ruins pickpocketing
 make sure you rob everyone blind first.
