well I convinced the pirate lord that I was crazy so he would lock me up....now what? I've talked to everyone and found the two magically locked doors, and I have no idea what to do now- please help!

Just wait a (long) time. You probably should stay close to Imoen, and, when the timer goes off, a Most Unpleasant Person will dimension Door in.
