I'm in the underdark in the drow city. Got caught, alarm went off and all the drow came after me. No problem killed them all got the dragon egg from the temple, theres nobody left alive in the city, But. City gates are sealed cant get out. Anybody done this before???

I'd hope and pray you've got an earlier save. There's no legit way to get out of the city once they seal the gates.
