Has anyone picked up Wizardry in a store other than EB?

I did buy mine from an EB but they are now selling it in a store called Compusmart, not sure if these stores are in Canada only, Ontario only, or even only 1 in Ottawa, but Compusmart...should you live near one...is selling them [img]smile.gif[/img]

I got mine from a different store since day 1.

Down here where I live, there are no EB shops around but almost every store here carries Wiz8...at $35 US to boot. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

God knows where they got their copies from, they ARE original though. (came with the box and manual)

I can confirm that CompUSA is carrying it...Babbages is not and will not. Don't know about Best Buy yet.

CompUSA. They carry pretty much everything. I don't know about any "agreements." I wait at least until one month is gone before I buy. Only with Arcanum did I violate that policy. Good game, but going through the patch then the re-patch of the patch in the same 24hrs taught me why I have that policy.

I recently went all over to a bunch of stores, and none of them had it in my area (Best Buy, Circuit City, even CompUSA). I had to order it online.

B.T.W. does anyone know how well Wizardry 8 is selling? I'd imagine it's not a very big seller at all and that's why it's not carried everywhere. The mass market is still buying The Sims, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Stupid public.
