THE DOMINUS DIGEST

the news that ain't fit to be printed on Dominus!
A treasury of information you may never need!

Arts & Leisure: Recreation in Arnika

Ah, Arnika! That pleasure-dome of cities of Dominus. What shall one do to pass an enjoyable time there? Apparently the local Higardi have their own unique and baroque customs; one of these being "sword-sitting".

We were able to catch one of the locals, a Higardi Highwayman, engaged in this rather unusual and unorthodox pursuit just outside of He-Li's tavern. "It's a mite prickly," he said, "but it's a sure-fire way ter win a bar bet at He-Li's! Them dumb Rapax will fall fer it every time! 'Course, you gots ter know jest where to place the tip, or you'll end up with nuthin' but a scratched-up arse and a bunch of guffawing Rapax t'show fer yer trouble. O'course, it helps a bit if you gets 'em drunk first before makin' the bet."

Personally, we think you'd need to be drunk to engage in such an act in the first place! Not to mention that we'd really rather not know just WHERE it is that they put the tip of that sword...

Keep looking for updates to THE DOMINUS DIGEST: for all the wackiness one can Digest in a sitting!

Great issue!!

Well - I like these rogue types better than those in W&W - especially all the "heavy breathing"

There must be a less painful cure for haemorrhoids !!!

I wonder if these highwaymen have been genetically inbred with those somewhat-less-than-sentient rogues from W&W ?
