Monks are the most powerful class in NWN, as long as you do not multi-class them. Multi-classing a monk simply makes it a weaker charcter.

Yes, but you do not need it, I never used it with my monkie. The stun attack is much more useful. Also cleave kicks some major booty too.

One of the reasons monks are such power houses is that they can take the weapon finesse feat and it applies to hand to hand combat. So instead of wasting points on str you put them into dex and get benefits of AC and attack bonus.

Actually can someone tell me if the Ambidexterity and Two Weapon Fighting Feats affect the Monks unarmed attack bonuses?

You always use Strength for hit and damage bonuses, unless you take the Weapon Finesse feat with your unarmed attacks. If you do take the feat, then your Dexterity is used for hit bonuses, but Strength is still used for damage bonuses.

No, they do not. Regardless of how many attacks you get a round unarmed, you are always considered to be using a single weapon, thus those feats do not apply.

What about when using two kamas? I guess they should apply then?

And Monk's Acd improves as their wisdom increases right? Thus there isn't much need for the dextierty improving...it just seems i have a hard time hitting people...

Yes, the feats would apply there. The only special thing involving the monk weapons is that they use the special monk attack rates when monks are using them. However, in every other way they are using weapons, so have to abide by the rules of weapon use.

Dexterity also jumps up AC, and it improves your reflex saves and your initiative rolls. You can build up Dexterity then get the Weapon Finesse (unarmed) feat; you can also buy Weapon Focus (unarmed) to improve your ability to hit the target. This allows you to not buy up your strength, since monk damage reaches really high levels anyway.
