I need the rest of the antidote. How do I enter? The door is locked or can't be opened.

As a general rule, the Inns in Baldur's Gate NEVER lock their doors. Either you've got the wrong door or even the wrong Inn. The entance is right next to the edge of the map. By the way, if you're looking for Marek he's at the Blade and Stars Tavern.

Read my post again. It says "or can't be opened" which means that the door can't be opened.
I known that the inns don't lock the doors. "The Blade and Stars Tavern". Hmm?? Why did the other guy tell me something else? |

Lothander is (or was, now) at the Blade and Stars.
Marek is in the Blushing Mermaid. Jan, you have the right building, but you're trying to get in via the service entrance. Go 1 map screen to the right and use THAT door.

Yep I got in. I just didn't know that I had to "leave" the area.
