How much HP do the Dwarven Doom Guards have?

I am in Durlags Tower and have tried to fight the Dwavern Doom guards several ways. My most sucessful way was to have Dhinahir (however you spell it) cast resiliant sphere and absorb all the damage and have my other people fire magic arrows (+1, Acid, Fire) at them whilst there hasted. I was shooting just 1 of them till the sphere ran out and then she died and then everyone died I didn't kill a single 1. So whats there HP? Is there a better strategy?

use wands!

wand of summoning to make a screen
wand of fire (scorcher)
wand of the Heavens
wand of frost

+ haste and missile weapons for the rest of the party

(btw - who is in your party (I can see your aat least at lvl 7))

I agree with the wand plan but you should also be careful to beware of how many of the Doom Guards that you uncover at a time.

Love has 65, but I cannot recall the names of the others (and thus cannot find them with NI).

Wrong guys there Vedran and it dont matter now, I kicked the Guards Butts, seems 1 had a loada HP (least it seemed like it) and te rest were wimpy and after I killed the first 1 the rest fell like flys. Now I just killed the Devil looking thing, last time I am sure I killed it using cloud kill (think I had a wand) relativly easy, this time I had to cast resiliant sphere on it to kill him and buy potions so his death gaze didnt kill me.

the demon is actually easier than those doom guards which is a bit sad, btw when killing the demon did anyone else deliberately lift the mirror? i did to see what happened and it goes mad, the demon starts whining about how it was a bad idea and you get attacked by a lot of big exp monsters, if your party is tough enough its worth doing for the extra exp.
