ok, I've got to Mr. Bad Dragon, said the sacred word "Elseramavin", gave him the shroud, he says Ehh, etc. etc....then he says before I give you the Mavin you must answer the secret word to finish the Rite....now...Was I mistaken or wasn't Elseramavin the sacred word? I've tried saying it everyway possible and he just keeps replying the Mavin is evil/Good blah blah blah...do you need to complete the Booger quest first?? Do you need to do the booger quest at all?? how do I get the big lug to give me the mavin....Plus...how come W&W wouldn't let me wipe out Kol earlier but Mr Dragon wipes him out in one swoop....just curious...any help would be apprecitiated

When I made it to the dragon with my second party, this time with patch, he did ask again about the secret word after the shroud, but then the way to the sword was opened. You do know he doesn't give you the sword but only opens a door to the Mavin in the next room?
The boogre quest is not necessary for completing the main story, but you miss some guild promotions and one item you need to become Zenmaster. To be blunt about Kol: you can't kill him because that would screw up a bit of the story, and they didn't feel like adjusting the story for it. (By the way, just for curiosity I killed Erathmedor afterwards, and I was glad he didn't do those 139 points of damage to me every time he hit.) |

ohhhhhhhh geesh, no I just signed up for the board today...didn't realize he physically didn't give you the Mavin...but I'll have to go back and be more "observant", thanks for the tip and I'll let ya know how I do (maybe I'll take a few swings at the Big one for fun) Once again thanks alot

Hmmm Carg....I did the same thing I did before....the 2 doors still are closed....He just sits there and when I type Elseramavin he just keeps saying The mavin sword..forged of 2 metals blah blah blah...Grrrrrr What am I missing.?

It doesn't work if you type in Elseramavin (unfortunate, and no I don't know why not) - BUT it DOES work if you SELECT Elseramavin from the list of key words for the conversation. This will take you forward |
