Purifier+5 or Foebane+5

I have a palladin(undead hunter) and Keldorn in the party.
Keldorn is using Carsomyr
What do you think is best to use?Foebane or Purifier?

Larloch's Minor Drain is cheesy.

Downside to using Foebane on a paladin is that your magic resistance seems to keep Foebane's hp gain from working (at least, it seemed to on my paladin, but I could be wrong).

My Cavalier currently dual wields the Purifier (+5) and the Axe of the Unyielding. Highly entertaining.

This is a bug and Baldurdash has a fix for it.

Uhm, how do you dual weld Holy Avnger??? Use IEEP to make it a long sword instead of Two-handed sword??

Consider The Answerer as well. It reduces the targets AC and magic resistance with each successful hit. Best used in a dual-wielding situation, switching out Axe of Unyielding/Flail of Ages/Foebane/Purifier.
