When i get ToB can i keep my whole party from SoA? Or is it only my PC which i can keep?
Also i've used the experience cap remover so all my characters are high levels. When i put ToB on will it reset my expereince back down to the original exp cap? Thanks for any help

Yes you can keep your whole party, and no it won't set you XP back down
