No, he never turns on you or your party because of the geas. Even if you didn't make him swear the oath, I have played right through ToB and he never turned on me or anyone once.

I second that... Sarevok is, IMHO, one of the best NPC's available in any of the games. I was a bit disappointed that his character was not explored a little better in BG1 but his appearances in BG2 and ToB definitely flesh him out nicely.

Plus, he's rock hard.

THanx for the help guys! I wanted to know bcuz i made him the best Charechter in my party and i didn't want him to go nutz and trying to kill us and taking all my stuff with him.
