I know they told me how to get it off (like find the dude that put the stupid curse on her) but I have now idea where to find him! And everythime I try and travel somehwere, Jaheira ends up dying! So....If anyone could tell me where to find this dude, I'd be so happy! TIA!

Well there are clues.
Its definatly in the City. You can try and find his house. Talk to people who may have some info. He definatly wasn't looking good when he put the curse on her. He looked like he was slumming it.

She suggests looking in the government district for the mages, in the slums, and asks to see Belgrade through Bernard (the bartender at the copper coronet). Any of these will work wonders.

i hate to spoil your game but if you insist then I'll tell yah. the person you're looking for is in the slum district. the door next to the slavers guild (the building with a ship stickin out of it).
