well,i encounter this shopkeeper guy in umar hills .i think his name is Fael and
SPOILERISH~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ and after u buy a certain book..he gives u many dialogue options to choose from and he talks about giving a discount if u say the right thing. What is the correct answer? |

Or...you could go to the Bridge District, wait for a certain Aegisfield to initiate a dialogue with you, and figure out more about Fael.
