This is connected to a specific quest in the game which will reward you very nicely if you are evil.

Or...you could go to the Bridge District, wait for a certain Aegisfield to initiate a dialogue with you, and figure out more about Fael.

Adalon, the dragon you meet before entering Ust Natha, is a silver dragon. Only a truly vile, dispicable, loathesome creature would kill her. But it's fun, nonetheless :D
